Green PowerPlus Electrical solution is available to satisfy the special requirements of hospital power supply.

Similar to power demands of construction buildings, however, hospitals must be with continuous power supply and quiet environment, hospital have extremely rigorous demands for generators performance stability, AMF and ATS functions, instant start time, low noise, low emissions, safety and so on.

Products demands and challenge:

1. Work conditions

Under following conditions, generators are reliable to work, supply power and work 24hrs constantly with prime power supply (which include 10% overload for 1hr every 12hrs);
1000m above the sea level;
Environment is from -15 C°to 40 C°, other environment generators are optional.

2. Low work noise
Super low noise can make sure the doctors work peacefully, especially for the operation, meanwhile, which also ensure that patients can have a quiet environment for rest and recuperation.

3. Main and necessary protect devices
The generators are auto start. They must equip with AMF (automatic Mains Failure) functions and ATS, which realize auto start. When the mains(city power) is failure, the start time lags < 20s(adjustable), the generators can start automatically(there are three continuous auto start functions), mains(city power)/generator completely transferring time is < 20s. Thus, the generators can fully make sure the load time less than 30s. When the mains(city power) is on, the generators will maintain 0-300s running and then auto stop after cooling (adjustable).

4. Stable performance and strong reliability
The generators MTBF is over 1000hrs;
Empty load volts of the generators are 95-105% of the rating voltage.

Solutions:

The generators, with advance performance, adopts low noise design, equip SmartGen/Harsen/DeepSea control panel which is with AMF functions. Through connection with ATS, it makes sure the alternative power supply instantly when the mains is off. The stability, low noise and Euro standard emissions of engines, AMF functions and ATS devices can satisfy the special demands of hospital. By communication interface tech, the generators can be remote monitor, remote control, remote telesignalling and test, and then can be full automatically and unattended.
